Salary: £48,396- £55,644 (pro rata) per annum + benefits (We normally offer a starting salary at the start of the range)
Based: Islington, London – hybrid working

Greenpeace UK is an independent national/regional organisation within the global Greenpeace campaigning network, which acts to change attitudes and behaviour, to protect and conserve the environment and to promote peace. The global network of Greenpeace organisations comprises 26 independent national/regional Greenpeace organisations with presence in over 55 countries across Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia and the Pacific, as well as a coordinating and supporting organisation, Greenpeace International.
The Key Influencer Officer position is a strategic role within the Key Influencer team, perfect for an skilled relationship manager with a proven ability to leverage Content Creators and High-Profile Supporters for campaign impact. The position requires a track record of leading strategic engagement plans to ensure all collaborations are diverse, value aligned, and capable of significant mission amplification.
Job requirements
You will achieve this by:
Strategic Portfolio Management: Develop and deliver bespoke engagement plans for a portfolio of Content Creators and Mid-Tier Influencers, ensuring activities align with wider organisational goals.
End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Lead influencer collaborations from start to finish, including research, due diligence, tailored briefings, and managing communications with agents and talent.
Data-Driven Evaluation: Take full ownership of tracking and assessing collaboration performance, using analytics to provide strategic insights and optimise future campaign impact.
Relationship Stewardship: Act as a primary point of contact for influencers, providing high quality stewardship to build long term loyalty and ensure a consistent supporter experience.
Expert Insight and Trends: Serve as the subject matter expert on digital influencer trends, providing the internal team with the insight needed to keep the KI Programme innovative and effective.
Operational Coordination: Support the daily running of the programme by managing high-volume outreach, maintaining accurate databases, and coordinating internal approvals and assets.
Actively championing anti-racist values – tailoring your approach to those with different perspectives, and helping Greenpeace to reach a broader more diverse audience
About you
The post holder will act as a subject matter expert on digital trends, demonstrating the ability to lead end-to-end campaign logistics and bespoke stewardship. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage high volume outreach alongside complex project timelines, ensuring every supporter receives a high quality experience.
Ideal candidates will take an analytical approach to the programme, with a proven ability to take ownership of performance data. By drawing insights from collaborations, they will demonstrate the ability to optimise outreach and deliver the influence and engagement that powers our campaign and fundraising success.
Essential Criteria for Success
Influencer Relationship Management & Stewardship - Significant experience proactively managing high-value individuals, partners, or talent, with a proven ability to develop bespoke engagement journeys that build long term retention.
Digital Influencer Landscape & Strategy - Subject matter expertise in digital content trends across Instagram, TikTok, with the ability to strategically identify and cultivate Content Creators aligned with organisational values.
Campaign Delivery & Negotiation - Proven experience project managing collaborations from start to finish, including preparing briefings, securing sign-offs, and negotiating with agents or management teams.
Programme Coordination & Administration - Proven ability to manage high volume administrative tasks with precision, including database management, outreach tracking, and the coordination of complex timelines and approvals.
