Key criteria 1. Solid understanding of how to plan, execute and optimise telemarketing campaigns, ideally for non-profit fundraising.

Key criteria 2. Demonstrable experience of building strong relationships with external agencies to manage campaign performance, develop briefing materials and provide training.

Key criteria 3. Ability to monitor key performance indicators, identify performance trends, and bring in strategies that respond to risks and opportunities.

Key criteria 4. Experience of working with large data sets and in close partnership with internal data teams to facilitate campaign planning, monitoring and performance review.
