Addressing the key criteria listed below is the most important part of your application. The shortlisting panel will rely on it to shortlist and therefore determine who to invite to interview. Key criteria 1. Considerable experience of leading on digital campaigns across a range of issues, or equivalent experience of persuading or motivating people to act online, with an understanding of how digital mobilisation can contribute to change.

Key criteria 2. Commitment to and understanding of what it means to apply an anti-racist approach to strategy and content production

Key criteria 3. Demonstrable experience of using data and audience insights to shape campaigns, inform decisions and develop tactics

Key criteria 4. In-depth knowledge of at least one of email, social or digital product development, with proven ability to develop successful strategies and/or impactful products.

Key criteria 5. Commitment to an anti-racist and inclusive approach and understanding of why that is important, with a proven commitment to an inclusive and supportive team culture - and recognition of the personal contribution required to achieve it.

Key criteria 6. Experience of line management, with proven ability to provide constructive feedback and coach reportees to achieve development aims.

Key Criteria 7. Experience of using a range of digital tools to build pages, tests, and monitor results, and of using photoshop to create content.
